Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a differentiated, personalized client experience that aligns with Coach’s luxury positioning and drives conversion and average transaction value.
  • Proactively build and maintain client relationships through in-store clienteling, follow-up communications and CRM utilization to cultivate repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and strategic upselling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to brand guidelines, including window displays, product placement and housekeeping.
  • Operate POS and process transactions accurately, including cash handling, receipts, returns and exchanges, while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support inventory management activities: receiving, tagging, stock counts and organizing backstock to ensure product availability and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management on promotional activities, events and store initiatives; participate in training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail or business preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal communication skills appropriate for luxury clientele.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods; capable of light lifting and routine stock-handling.
  • Right to work in the country of employment and adherence to brand conduct and appearance standards.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or specialty fashion. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets, managing client relationships and executing brand merchandising standards is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, retail management or business is advantageous.
