Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross-selling of Coach product categories.
  • Execute daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Support receiving, processing and stockroom organisation; assist in inventory counts and loss-prevention measures.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff; contribute to in-store training on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Represent the brand at client events and actively participate in local store marketing and client outreach activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, accessories or leather-goods brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong clienteling results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales training preferred.

Experience
