Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, contribute to KPI tracking and support promotional initiatives and in-store events.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge of Coach collections (leather goods, accessories, ready-to-wear) and convey brand storytelling to clients.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to maintain the brand’s presentation and image.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and handle cash procedures in line with store policy.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team on opening/closing duties, shift coverage and ad hoc operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and strong clienteling ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, customer-focused manner.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
