Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, client-focused service consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning; build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and cross-selling of leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor and in displays to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and complete daily reconciliation tasks.
  • Support inventory management including receiving, restocking, stock counts and basic loss-prevention procedures.
  • Document client interactions in the CRM, manage appointments and contribute to client outreach and retention activities.
  • Assist in-store team with opening/closing procedures, housekeeping, and ad-hoc operational tasks; work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced sales associates as required and support in-store training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail sales; proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-management skills with attention to detail and discretion when handling VIP clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with polished presentation and professional grooming.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; legally authorized to work in the hiring country.

Experience
