Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and brand values.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and effective follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using in-person and digital touchpoints to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain in-store merchandising standards and product presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Support inventory management activities: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention practices.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and team members on promotions, events and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Provide product knowledge training to peers and contribute feedback from clients to inform assortments and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and sustain client relationships.
