Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and effective follow-up.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using in-person and digital touchpoints to drive repeat business.
- Maintain in-store merchandising standards and product presentation to brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory management activities: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention practices.
- Collaborate with store leadership and team members on promotions, events and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Provide product knowledge training to peers and contribute feedback from clients to inform assortments and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and sustain client relationships.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments and who understand clienteling and boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer service training is an advantage.
