Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service through proactive clienteling and relationship building to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of leather goods, accessories, and seasonal collections.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately while managing cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Operate CRM and clienteling tools to track client interactions, preferences, and follow-ups; support store marketing initiatives and events.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle-count processes, and contribute to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with the store team on daily operations, team briefings, and training to uphold service consistency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years' retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
  • Polished personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by retail schedules.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to comply with company grooming and conduct standards.

Experience
