Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Manage all point-of-sale operations including transactions, exchanges, and accurate cash handling while maintaining compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
- Develop and maintain client relationships via phone, email and in-store interactions; build and update client profiles in the CRM or POS.
- Support visual merchandising standards and store floor presentation, executing product launches and promotions to brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts to ensure product availability and merchandising integrity.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing product knowledge, sales techniques, and market feedback with colleagues and management.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch service and build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presentation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Authorization to work in the hiring country without sponsorship.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality vocational training advantageous.
