Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Manage all point-of-sale operations including transactions, exchanges, and accurate cash handling while maintaining compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships via phone, email and in-store interactions; build and update client profiles in the CRM or POS.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and store floor presentation, executing product launches and promotions to brand guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts to ensure product availability and merchandising integrity.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing product knowledge, sales techniques, and market feedback with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presentation.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Authorization to work in the hiring country without sponsorship.

Experience
