Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Support stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures; receive and process incoming merchandise.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store culture by supporting team objectives, participating in training and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience in luxury, premium fashion, or accessories (typically 2+ years).
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals and delivering superior client service.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Ability to work on the shop floor for extended periods and perform light stock handling.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience
