Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience through proactive clienteling, product presentation, and follow-up to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, upselling, and promoting full-price transactions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assortment integrity to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, and manage cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Support inventory operations including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and shrink-prevention practices.
- Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events, and client appointments, and contribute to a high-performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, leather goods, or accessories.
- Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, customer-focused demeanour.
- Reliable availability that aligns with retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applicable to location).

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium-brand environments and demonstrated sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, fashion, or business is a plus.
