Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and persuasive selling.
  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and brand standards.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships using CRM tools, follow‑up communications and curated service.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across collections and convey brand storytelling to drive conversion and average transaction value.
  • Execute visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor and stockroom adhere to presentation, inventory and loss‑prevention standards.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, manage transactions accurately and support day‑to‑day store administration.
  • Support store events, product launches and promotional activity to maximize footfall and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales ability with a track record of meeting targets, preferably in luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and reliability in following processes and standards.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
