Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service through proactive clienteling, relationship development and accurate needs assessment.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while supporting merchandising and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across categories and communicate brand stories and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, manage transactions, process returns and ensure accurate cash and card handling.
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards and seasonal floor sets.
  • Receive, organise and replenish inventory; assist with stock counts and maintain loss prevention protocols.
  • Document client interactions and follow up using CRM tools to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on daily priorities, training and execution of corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
  • Typically 1–3 years of direct retail or luxury sales experience with demonstrable sales results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first approach and professional presentation.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to perform light physical tasks such as merchandising and stock handling.
