Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and cross-selling of leather goods and accessories.
  • Manage the point-of-sale process including cash handling, returns, exchanges and accurate transaction documentation.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory replenishment.
  • Execute CRM and clienteling activities (appointments, follow-ups, bespoke recommendations) to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Support stock control activities including receiving deliveries, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
  • Contribute to daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, sales floor readiness and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotional initiatives, events and localised marketing activations.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales track record, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories categories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-minded, client-first orientation.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI metrics.
  • Reliable numeracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions with attention to accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Professional presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.

Experience
