- Demonstrable customer service orientation with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a retail or luxury environment.
- Professional personal presentation consistent with a luxury brand image.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and delivering tailored client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
