Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and drives store sales and conversion.
- Proactively build and manage client relationships through clienteling, follow-up and personalised service to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs, including sales targets, average transaction value and conversion metrics.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure constant adherence to brand presentation and stock display guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle cash, card and returns following store procedures.
- Support inventory processes including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives; represent the brand at community-facing occasions.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues when required and escalate customer or operational issues to store leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail opening hours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour suitable for a luxury brand.
- Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods; able to lift and move merchandise as required.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands, with demonstrable success against sales targets and experience in client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or post-secondary study in retail, fashion or hospitality is preferred.
