- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by assisting colleagues, supporting training initiatives and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury fashion, accessories or premium retail environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Right to work in the country of employment; ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Professional presentation and passion for the Coach brand and product assortment.

Experience
1–3 years of frontline retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands, with a proven ability to build client relationships and deliver against sales targets.
Education
