Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalised clienteling to build loyalty and drive repeat business while consistently achieving individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients and tailor recommendations.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain compelling floor presentation to reflect brand guidelines and optimise sell-through.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately while supporting omnichannel fulfilment including click-and-collect and returns.
- Manage inventory tasks including stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts, and promptly communicate merchandising or supply issues to management.
- Contribute to store operations by keeping the sales floor and fitting rooms immaculate, assisting with loss-prevention practises, and participating in team meetings and training.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience—ideally 1–3 years in luxury, premium fashion or accessories—with a demonstrable record of meeting sales objectives.
- Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills with the ability to create personalised experiences for high-value clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and numeracy; comfortable handling cash and card transactions and reconciling sales at shift end.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak season periods; ability to work standing shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional presentation and an affinity for fashion and luxury product storytelling.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
