Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective merchandising.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain boutique presentation, execute floor moves and ensure product is merchandised according to brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, pricing and assisting with stock audits.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention practices and maintain professional presentation and boutique housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing, events and VIP client outreach; mentor junior staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-management abilities with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Professional appearance, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak sale periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience
