Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the store team on floor moves, window displays and promotional events to maximise commercial impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury or premium retail sales experience (typically 1–3 years) with measurable sales performance.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and the ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal abilities.
  • Numeracy and cash‑handling accuracy with attention to process and compliance.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods; ability to stand for extended shifts.
