Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects the brand's luxury positioning and converts interactions into sales.
  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through consistent clienteling, follow-up and tailored product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor sets, ensuring presentation and product availability align with brand directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, handle returns/exchanges and support daily cash reconciliations.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention measures to protect store assets.
  • Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, team briefings and coaching newer staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Demonstrable clienteling experience and ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; ability to work retail shift patterns.
  • Professional presentation and strong organisational aptitude.
