Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling of product categories.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and display standards to reflect brand aesthetics; assist with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, loss-prevention protocols and daily reporting.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team on CRM activities, client events, and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and retention.
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with less-experienced colleagues as required; contribute to a high-performance, service-driven store culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably 2+ years with a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for relationship-building and clienteling.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills; reliable and accountable with regard to store procedures and loss-prevention.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
