Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by driving conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS), complete transactions, process returns and manage store payments with accuracy and discretion.
- Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor moves, displays and replenishment to optimise sell-through.
- Assist with inventory control, stock receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures to protect margin.
- Contribute to store operational duties including opening/closing, housekeeping and adherence to brand policies.
- Participate in in-store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience — preferably 2+ years within luxury, premium or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for relationship building and consultative selling.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment; eligible to handle cash and financial transactions.

Typically requires two or more years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, relationship management and meeting sales KPIs.
Education
