Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS), complete transactions, process returns and manage store payments with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor moves, displays and replenishment to optimise sell-through.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures to protect margin.
  • Contribute to store operational duties including opening/closing, housekeeping and adherence to brand policies.
  • Participate in in-store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience — preferably 2+ years within luxury, premium or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for relationship building and consultative selling.
  • Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment; eligible to handle cash and financial transactions.

Experience
