Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients, using clienteling techniques to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, product knowledge and upselling complementary items.
- Manage all point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling, returns and daily reconciliation procedures.

- Support inventory management: receive, unpack and process stock; perform cycle counts and assist with stockroom organization.
- Document client interactions and follow-ups in the store CRM to nurture pipelines and convert opportunities.
- Participate in training, team meetings and brand initiatives; act as an ambassador for Coach during store events and during peak trading periods.
- Adhere to loss-prevention and security procedures to protect merchandise and company assets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years in a luxury or premium brand environment.
