Role & Responsibilities

- Document client interactions and follow-ups in the store CRM to nurture pipelines and convert opportunities.
- Participate in training, team meetings and brand initiatives; act as an ambassador for Coach during store events and during peak trading periods.
- Adhere to loss-prevention and security procedures to protect merchandise and company assets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years in a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
1–3 years of progressive retail sales experience; preference for candidates with prior experience in luxury fashion, leather goods, or accessories, and with a history of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury brand programs advantageous.
