Coach in Monroe, Ohio seeks a part-time Sales Associate II to deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and data-driven clienteling.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, convert sales and support omni‑channel fulfilment.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain floor and stockroom presentation, perform visual merchandising tasks and adhere to asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within a busy sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, with luxury retail preferred; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and execute omni‑channel selling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or credentials preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
