Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling, and leveraging clienteling strategies.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data, transact sales, and convert online interest into store visits.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while complying with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; receive shipments, restock the sales floor and assist in stock management.
- Maintain high energy and professional presence on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, internal training and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies and participating in fast-paced store operations.
- Strong English proficiency required (verbal and written).
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, climb and manoeuvre on the sales floor and stockroom.
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills are preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; luxury retail background is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
