Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences adhering to brand service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain consistent high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customer interactions and adapting selling techniques to business requirements
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain organized and stocked sales floor and stockroom environments while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the store
  • Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment while encouraging strong team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Maintain professional composure, welcome feedback constructively, and adapt behaviors to evolving business needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Experience using walkie-talkies and ability to read price release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through sales floor and stockroom
  • Preferred: Social media expertise, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling proficiency, and data acquisition skills

Experience
