Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in team KPIs and business initiatives.
- Perform daily operational duties: manage cash wrap, process inventory, replenish stock, and execute visual merchandising tasks.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Maintain a well-organised, clean sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment and support training and inclusion activities.
- Adapt behaviour in response to feedback; maintain composure and professional service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); familiarity with inventory processing and basic retail IT.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, walkie-talkies and social selling channels; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Strong English proficiency required; additional language skills are an asset depending on market.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of customer service and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
