Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while adhering to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in various functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage consistent team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop)
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets and release materials
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons including public holidays

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail preferred. Familiarity with omni-channel retail operations, mobile point-of-sale systems, and data-driven sales approaches is advantageous. Experience with social media platforms, live-stream shopping demonstrations, and video content creation is preferred but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and professional sales experience will be considered.
