Coach is hiring a Sales Associate II in Lone Tree, Colorado (Park Meadows) — join Tapestry's retail team to deliver luxury, omni-channel customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide highly personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — Mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling/short-form video — to capture client data, process transactions and convert sales.
- Source new customers, manage follow-ups and maintain a robust client book to encourage repeat purchases.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments and stockroom management.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection protocols while processing purchases, returns, exchanges and online pickups.
- Assist colleagues across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors to business needs and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (Mobile POS, iPad, laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a busy sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year in sales, retail or customer-facing roles; prior luxury retail, social selling or live-stream shopping experience is a strong plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Lone Tree, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
