Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate II in Las Vegas, NV (Palazzo) to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline brand ambassador, upholding Coach’s Guide to Style and Service and delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans and leveraging cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads and close sales through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with consistent high energy and adapt selling approaches to business needs.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions accurately (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and adhere to POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, move product between sales floor and stockroom, and assist teammates as needed.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie‑talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre across sales floor and stockroom.
- Preferred: social media savviness, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail, fashion or customer‑service coursework is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
