Coach Sales Associate II (part-time) in King of Prussia, PA — frontline retail role delivering personalised luxury client experiences for Tapestry's Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert omni‑channel demand.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Maintain professional composure, welcome feedback, and adapt behaviours to evolving business needs; lift and move merchandise as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile point-of-sale (iPad/laptop); familiarity with walkie‑talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
  • Social media savviness with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
