Coach Sales Associate II — part-time retail role in Houston, TX (Memorial City) delivering luxury client service and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, support omni-channel transactions and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product movement while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adapt to multiple customers and changing business needs while fostering a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participating in brand initiatives and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), including Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie usage.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
