Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage overall team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure in all circumstances
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, walkie-talkies), and ability to read pricing and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, and experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling and data acquisition strongly preferred

Experience
1+ years of sales experience in a professional retail or customer-facing environment; luxury retail experience is preferred. Experience with fashion trends, competitive market awareness, and omni-channel selling practices will enhance candidacy.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant professional experience and education will be considered.
