Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage overall team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure in all circumstances

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, walkie-talkies), and ability to read pricing and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, and experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling and data acquisition strongly preferred

Experience
