Coach Sales Associate II in Gretna, Nebraska – luxury retail role offering personalized customer service, sales targets, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining high energy on the sales floor
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; source new customers and follow up to close sales
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups); support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously, adapt selling techniques to business needs, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required; foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a professional, adaptable demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms (iPad/laptop), and basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 or more years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered. Familiarity with omni-channel retail operations, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional formal education or relevant retail certifications are not required but may be considered favorably in combination with substantial sales experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
