Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach's Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Conduct omnichannel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and convert demand.
  • Process transactions and client interactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a merchandise-ready sales floor and stockroom.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement with accuracy.
  • Adapt selling approach to business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously and maintain high energy on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas, and foster a trust-based, high-performance team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Comfortable using clienteling tools and social selling channels; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium fashion, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and familiarity with omnichannel/ clienteling workflows.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
