Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and client loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Leverage omnichannel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert leads.
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap management, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Source new customers through in-store engagement and social initiatives; manage client records and data acquisition to support targeted outreach.
- Maintain a well-merchandised, clean and accessible sales floor; comply with loss-prevention and retail policy standards.
- Adapt selling approach to fluctuating business needs and high-traffic periods; manage multiple customers simultaneously while preserving service quality.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and team collaborations; welcome feedback and model a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven competency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and comfortable using mobile POS solutions.
- Familiarity with clienteling approaches, social selling and live‑stream or video-based product demonstrations is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the role: routinely lift 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb; climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within sales and stock areas.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior exposure to luxury retail and omnichannel selling methods is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and experience using mobile POS and clienteling workflows are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of post-secondary education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
