Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and one‑to‑one clienteling.
- Drive revenue through proactive selling: cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements into repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, POS transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups and asset protection procedures.
- Support stockroom and inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish the sales floor, cycle counts and maintain organized stock.
- Implement visual merchandising and maintain high standards of presentation on the sales floor.
- Maintain a high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales and stock areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer-facing retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Familiarity with clienteling and data-acquisition practices; social media selling or live‑stream shopping experience preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to follow retail policies and asset‑protection procedures and to safely perform physical requirements of the role.

At least one year of sales or customer-facing retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and social‑selling/live‑stream formats is strongly preferred.
