Coach in Cypress, Texas seeks a part-time Sales Associate II to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalised client experiences through styling, product expertise and fashion advice to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and convert interest into purchases.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock, and assist with inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and merchandised to brand guidelines.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas, participating in training and brand initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures while maintaining a professional, calm demeanor during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Strong English language proficiency; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least one year of direct sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium retail experience, demonstrated clienteling success, and familiarity with omni-channel selling will be preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Coach will consider equivalent combinations of education and retail experience.

The successful candidate will be located in Cypress, Texas, USA, with easy access to Houston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
