Coach — Chicago (444 N. Michigan Ave) seeks a part-time Sales Associate II to deliver elevated luxury client service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in line with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video), executing cross-selling and upselling to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and adhere to asset protection and retail policies.
  • Source new customers and support targeted sales initiatives, including participation in brand training and inclusion activities.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and respond professionally to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling platforms and social commerce.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omni-channel selling or clienteling is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and working in fast-paced, high-traffic store environments is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
