Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and cultivate long-term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up.
- Drive revenue by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team performance initiatives.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and adhere to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Adapt to fluctuating floor activity, assist teammates across functions and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Participate in training programs, brand initiatives and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback with a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Experience using clienteling tools, social selling channels and conducting live or video product demonstrations is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capable of regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and performing physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior luxury-retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social-commerce experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
