Coach seeks a Sales Associate II in Buffalo, NY (Walden Galleria) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated service in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and deepen client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Utilise Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert digital interactions into sales.
  • Source new customers, manage in-person consultations, and close sales across channels including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising while adhering to asset-protection policies.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and ensuring accurate product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised, clean and appropriately merchandised; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personalised clienteling strategies.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie-talkie communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or demo video content preferred.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or boutique experience and a track record of meeting sales KPIs and using clienteling and mobile POS systems are preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
