Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate II in Arlington, VA to deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel clientelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through individualized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and curated product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans aligned to store objectives and participate in team initiatives to maximise revenue.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional demeanour.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) and adhere to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and assist with product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and company programs; accept feedback and demonstrate continuous behavioural adaptation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English-language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social‑commerce tools are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Arlington, Virginia, USA, with easy access to Washington, D.C..
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
