Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service that reinforces Coach’s luxury positioning and drives repeat business.
- Proactively engage clients on the boutique floor, cultivate relationships (clienteling) and execute personalized follow-up communications.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, handle cash and reconcile receipts.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and basic loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store floor operations: fitting room management, returns/exchanges processing and client order fulfillment.
- Contribute to store initiatives, seasonal campaigns and team briefings; assist with events and VIP appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable aptitude for luxury retail service and client relationship building.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling transactions; trustworthy with cash and POS reconciliation.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States (or country of hire) without sponsorship.
