Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, upselling, and leveraging product knowledge.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and product presentation standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage customer returns and exchanges.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by assisting colleagues, participating in team briefings and supporting daily store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; demonstrated clienteling or high-touch service experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client relationship-building.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment and reliable, professional presentation.
