Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product knowledge and clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS), process transactions accurately and maintain cash-handling integrity.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards; assist with floor moves and replenishment.
  • Support inventory control, stock receiving, pricing and cycle counts; follow loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in client outreach and follow-up activities including appointment management and CRM updates.
  • Contribute to team performance by supporting store opening/closing duties and other operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-service orientation with a polished, professional manner.
  • Previous retail experience; luxury or premium-brand experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with high-net-worth clients.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to perform standing, light lifting and merchandising tasks on the sales floor.

Experience
