Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Sales Associate I in Nashville, TN (Opry Mills) to deliver personalised luxury retail experiences and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); experience with clienteling tools and walkie‑talkie use.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales role; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success against sales KPIs preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience accepted.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
