Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach brand guidelines and service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS devices
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Preferred: background in luxury retail, social media expertise, experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation, clienteling proficiency, and data acquisition skills

Experience
